You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Our service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the service. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations must be made before the weekly cutoff time to avoid being charged for the next delivery.
We strive to deliver your recipe box on the scheduled delivery date. However, because the delivery is carried out by third parties such as local supermarkets, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party delivery services or other external factors.
Depending on the ingredient provider and their deliery terms, you may or may not be required to be at home during the delivery. We will communicate any such requirements with you before the delivery takes place. It is your responsibility to refrigerate the ingredients promptly upon receipt.
While we make efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our ingredients are free from allergens or cross-contamination. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient lists and ensure that the recipes meet your dietary needs.
